🏠 So how do you know if you should just remodel your existing home OR search for a new home?

🏠 We considered adding square footage onto our first LA home because we loved the neighborhood and house but we ultimately decided to look for something new because remodeling was going to take over a year and even remodeled it wasn’t going to be exactly what we wanted. (Spoiler alert-ended up buying a replacement home that needed extensive renovations anyway 😂)
