😬 I am embarrassed to admit, that despite knowing ALL of the above, when I was in escrow last year, I decided it would be a good time to go increase a line of consumer credit so that I could get “points” for a purchase. 

😬 Uh yeah, big time rookie move. So luckily after I did the call of shame to my mortgage broker, we thankfully ended up being okay, but man, save yourself the agony and just wait until after closing!
