3. Outdoor Essentials-Power wash the patio, put up the umbrella, plant flowers, add conversational seating.

4. Brighten—Remove bulky / dark furniture, remove window screens, open or remove curtains.

5. Keep it minimal—Clear the counters. Remove small appliances. Add a new runner, plant & candle.
