Having your current home under contract and ready to close before closing on your new home is ideal, but it can also make the process a little more stressful (to be totally honest).

Start by talking to a lender about your financing options and creative alternatives.

If you’ve determined that you need to sell in order to buy, then you will want to list your home for sale FIRST before shopping for your dream home.
