🚗 With many jobs still remaining at least partially remote, the commute to the office is no longer a top priority for home buyers. We are seeing many buyers opt for neighborhoods they would have once considered “too far”. Proximity to friends and family has increased in importance. ✨✨✨

Outdoor space and home offices continue to be huge must-haves for many.

The housing inventory is getting better but it’s still projected to be limited. The home buying process could still be challenging for buyers this year (but it is still 100% possible to find a house 🏠!)
