Three things home sellers need to do before every showing!

1️⃣ Number one, tidy up, including removing small appliances from your countertops. Make sure your home has a neutral scent.

2️⃣ Two-No food odors or pet odors.

3️⃣ Three, turn on all the lights.

4️⃣ Four, bonus tip, make sure all of your pets are secured with a pet sitter or a neighbor for showings. They shouldn’t be home!
